Service of Lessons and Carols

This year's service will incorporate the traditional singing of carols and the reading of Nativity story into a special musical celebration. The Williams Concert Choir, with soloists and orchestra, will perform Bach's Cantata BWV 191, Gloria in excelsis Deo and Dona nobis pacem from the B Minor Mass as well as a world premiere by student conductor, Alexander Schumacker '07. This year there will be two services: one on Saturday evening at 7 p.m. (post-Holiday Walk) and the traditional Sunday afternoon service at 4 p.m. Tickets are not required, but seating is limited.
