Elise is a Music and Psychology Major and Cognitive Science Concentrator who hopes to further the field of Music Cognition someday. She plays the clarinet in Symphonic Winds, Berkshire Symphony, and Woodwind Quintet and also plays and composes on the piano. She almost followed the conservatory path to become an orchestral clarinetist, but she's glad she realized at the last minute that her home is in the world of liberal arts. She is spending junior year abroad at the Williams-Exeter Programme at Oxford, studying mostly philosophy, psychology, and linguistic history. She loves horror movies and dark chocolate, and she reads Dostoevsky and listens to Stravinsky for fun. Tomato seeds scare her.
