Williams Chamber Choir
"The Voice of the American Poet"

The Williams College Department of Music presents The Williams Chamber Choir conducted by Brad Wells with two concerts on Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25, both at 4 p.m. at the Clark in Williamstown, MA. These free events are open to the public.

This concert, titled The Voice of the American Poet, features a cappella choral settings of poetry by Emily Dickinson, Jane Kanyon, Lawrence Raab, and many others. Student conductors are Eric Kang ’09 and Augusta Caso ’09.

Williams College has long had a fine tradition of music performance in its choral ensembles.  Brad Wells, Director of Vocal Activities, has helped that tradition flourish. The choral program has much to offer students interested in singing, with a number of performances throughout the year, a wide range of repertoire, recordings and tours.
