Williams Chamber Choir
The Williams College Department of Music presents the Chamber Choir under the direction of Brad Wells on Thursday, April 19 at 4 p.m. and Sunday, April 22 at 1:30 p.m. in the historic Rotunda of the Williams College Museum of Art. These free events are open to the public.
The Williams Chamber Choir performs a cappella works: Quatre motets sur des thèmes grégoriens op. 10 by Maurice Duruflé; Choral Dances from Gloriana and selected works from Flower Songs by Benjamin Britten.
The Williams Chamber Choir is a mixed, sixteen-voice group. Williams College has a long tradition of music performance in its choral ensembles. Brad Wells, Director of Vocal Activities, has helped that tradition flourish.
This concert will be repeated in the same venue on Sunday, April 22 at 1:30 pm.
