A new article “OPENING UP TO THE UNEXPECTED” by Kim Catley posted on STORIES Featuring the College and Its People posted recently describing, 19 Williams students gathering in Brooks-Rogers Recital Hall to hear three of their classmates testing legendary violins. For instance, these young musicians were playing, among other violins, a Stradivarius from 1708—widely considered one of best instruments ever made—in the Winter Study course Stradivari, taught by Jason Price ’00.
