Prof. W. Anthony Sheppard has received the Nelson Bushnell, Class of 1920, Prize, the college’s major award for faculty excellence in teaching and writing. Awarded to 74 faculty members since its inception in 1995, the Bushnell Prize is given to faculty who are consistently recognized both by their colleagues and their students as excellent teachers and mentors.
